GLIDE Support hours are M-F from 8 AM - 5 PM CST. If you encounter an emergency website issue outside of these hours, please contact your host first. If your site is hosted by WPEngine, you can call using the phone numbers below or open a support chat by logging into your customer dashboard at my.wpengine.com.

If your host is unable to help with the out of office hours issue and it is urgent, please send an email regarding your issue to support@glidedesign.com with “URGENT” in the subject line. This will trigger a notification to our operations team that there is an out of hours issue. We will do our best to respond as soon as someone is available.
