Please email email@example.com or submit your urgent issue through the support portal http://support.glidedesign.com/support/tickets/new .
After your issue is submitted, log into the support portal via the ticket link and change the priority to URGENT. This will trigger an urgent routing of your ticket.
You may also want to visit glidedesign.com and open the chat bot in the bottom right corner of the page and include your ticket number in the chat message.
