Set Up a NEW Support Agreement
We are pleased that you trust our team to support your website. You can review our current Hosting & Support Plans in the attached document. *Please note that NEW support plans will be coming out in April of 2020, so if you don't see something that fits your current needs, let us know.*
We humbly request that you use our simple online form to create your ticket and request to enter into a mutual support agreement. You may also create tickets by sending an email to support@glidedesign.com. If the request is difficult or too complex to describe, please give us a call at 512-215-4236.
